Open Parcel & Exchange Policy

At Toy Stories, we offer an Open Parcel facility for your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Please make sure to open and carefully check your parcel at the time of delivery in front of the courier rider. We strongly recommend inspecting the product for any damage, defect, missing parts, or wrong item before accepting the order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform the courier immediately and contact us on the same day at toystories1968@gmail.com with proper details and pictures of the issue. After verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.

Please note:

• Exchange is only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

• Claims made after accepting the parcel without checking at the time of delivery may not be entertained.

• We do not offer refunds. Only exchange is available in valid cases mentioned above.

Once the parcel is accepted and the courier has left, it will be considered that the product was received in good condition.
